FNB Fox Valley St. Pat's Benefit Run • March 15, 2015

Tanners Grill and Bar
730 S. Railroad St., Kimberly, WI

DISTANCE
   10 mile run/walk
     5k-3.1 miles run/walk
 
THE COURSE
The 5k run will start at Tanner's Grill and Bar and go through the quiet streets of Kimberly. The 10 mile will then turn onto the expansive CE trail and head east where it will turn around in a quaint neighborhood before heading back to Tanner's on the CE trail.

PERKS
Participants receive a dri wick shirt and refreshments after the event.

AWARDS
Awards given to the overall male/female and traditional age divisions.
This event is part of the Aurora BayCare Series which offers additional prizes.

We provide technically sound, safe, and exciting events for all ages and abilities!  There will also be plenty of water and Gatorade stations along the course.  Each mile on the run courses will be marked. All courses will have highly visible signage for each turn.  Results will be posted at pttiming.com. 

The Community Benefit Tree, Inc. is 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization governed by Christian values. We are here to celebrate people’s lives and support during their medical crisis. We help family, friends, co-workers plan a Celebration of Support event for their loved one who is going through a medical crisis. This one day event helps the family with funds for living and medical expenses and it provides strength, hope and joy to experience all the support from the attendees of the event. Community Benefit Tree also provides education, support, resources and financial assistance for families struggling with a medical crisis.

EVENT RULES AND INFORMATION

Course cut off time: 3 hour after the start of the race

For safety reasons, we ask spectators to not follow your athlete in the car. The best place to watch is at the finish line.

We do not give refunds nor do we transfer fees from one race to another.

VOLUNTEER
Get a front row seat as a volunteer!  Volunteers are needed throughout the event to help with participant body marking, directing athletes on and off the course, and handing out water and food.  All volunteers receive a t-shirt. To volunteer: mike@dutrirun.com or call Mike at: 920-574-2972.

PLANS FOR INCLIMATE WEATHER
1.    Delay the start of the race up to 1.5 hrs.
2.    Modify the course
3.    Cancel the race (there are no refunds for a canceled race due to weather)
