High Cliff State Park
N7630 State Park Rd, Sherwood, WI 54169

Half: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 12.4 mile run
Half Aqua Bike: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike 
Olympic: 0.5 mile swim, 22 mile bike, 6.9 mile run
Olympic Aqua Bike: 0.5 mile swim, 22 mile bike

Swim Course
The swim is in Lake Winnebago along a unique and panoramic shoreline; starting and finishing at the beach.  Plenty of buoys will be available to rest if needed. 
Bike Course
Both courses head out of the park climbing High Cliff.  High Cliff is the signature of the event.  The course flattens with a few undulating hills. The long course heads down scenic Lake Shore Drive.   The Olympic course begins the same as the long course then heads east on Faro Springs and finishes on the same long course.
Run Course
The run courses go through High Cliff State Park area including up the hill for a beautiful overview of the Lake Winnebago shoreline which runs mostly through trails. The Half course does two and the Olympic course does one loop and also heads down High Cliff to the finish.  
About the Event
Waves go off  every 3 minutes.

       3:30 p.m. Course Closed

Bike and Run Aid Stations are earmarked to comply with the needs of the athletes during their effort.  This is a place of support: ex. water, gatorade, gel, carbs, electrolites, simple medical and reception for the athletes.

This is a USAT Sanctioned event! If you are not a USAT member, add $15 to your registration fee for one-day USAT Insurance.

We provide technically sound, safe, and exciting events.  Participants receive a finisher medal, dri-wick shirt, swim cap (a swim cap must be worn during the swim portion), food, and fun after the event.

Bike racks will have your race number and wave you start in.  Each mile on the run courses will be marked. The long bike course will have a 3  bottle exchanges and plenty of aid stations on the run station

Transition area is guarded at all times.

Get a front row seat as a volunteer!  Volunteers are needed throughout the event to help with participant body marking, directing athletes on and off the course, and handing out water and food.  All volunteers receive a t-shirt and a big thank you!!!  To volunteer: or call Ben at 920-574-2972.

Awards given to the overall male/female and traditional age divisions.
This event is part of the Aurora BayCare Series which offers additional prizes.

Please park inside of the park.  Parking on roads adjacent to the park entrance causes traffic congestion impacting local neighbors. If you do not have a 2020 Wisconsin State Park Pass you will need to purchase a pass at regular rates from High Cliff State Park at the entrance when you arrive on Saturday or Sunday.  A special event pass for Saturday and Sunday will be sold on Saturday only at the Ranger Station for $10.
