The bike course is new: few rollers, mainly flat. Bottle exchanges at mile 25 and 47. Please stay to your LEFT when entering the tunnel from either direction.

The run goes through charming residential streets with community support and several water stations. All run courses follow residential roads. Sprint Turnaround is at the school, Olympic turn around just after mile 3 on 275th St. Half turnaround on Chisago Blvd at Maxwell Rd.

Both the run and bike course have multiple aid stations with gels, simple carbs, sports drink, and water.

Participants receive a finisher medal, swim cap, age group awards, and food after the event.
